We're here for the big moments, the small moments, and everything in between. A family-founded provider built on integrity, honesty, and genuine care.
Guiding you toward your goals with integrity.
True North Trusted Supports was founded by Kayla and Brad — a husband and wife team with over 15 years of professional experience each, who found their true calling in disability support.
Kayla spent 15+ years in the legal industry before becoming a Support Coordinator. She saw firsthand the need for a provider that truly puts participants first. Brad left a 15+ year career in the butchering industry and has spent the last 4 years as a highly sought-after Support Worker.
With disability close to our own family, this work is deeply personal to us. We understand the journey from the inside out — the challenges, the milestones, and everything in between.
What we stand for
These aren't just words on a page. They're the reason we started True North, and the standard we hold ourselves to every single day.
We say what we mean and do what we say. You'll always know where you stand with us — no surprises, no fine print.
We genuinely care about participants and their families. This isn't just a job — it's a calling we chose because of our own lived experience.
We're here to build your capacity, not create dependency. Every step we take together is a step toward your goals and greater independence.
Big wins or small steps — we'll be cheering you on the whole way. Every milestone matters and every achievement deserves to be celebrated.
Hands-on, respectful support with personal care — bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene — so you start each day feeling confident and comfortable.
Specialised support for participants with complex or high-intensity personal care needs.
Support with the everyday tasks that keep your household running and your independence growing.
"We'll celebrate milestones big and small, cheering you on the whole way."
— Kayla & Brad, Founders of True North Trusted Supports

"They celebrate every little win with us. It's not just support — it feels like having an extended family who genuinely cares."
Whether you're new to the NDIS or looking for a provider who truly cares, we'd love to have a conversation. No pressure, no jargon — just a warm, honest chat about how we can help.
